The units are uniquely decorated, great-sized. The best thing about this trendy boutique hotel is the staff- they helped with restaurant recommendations. The property's location is absolutely perfect, not far from shops, boutiques cafes and bars and restaurants and shops.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we liked how spacious and well-decorated the room was. The holiday atmosphere was enhanced by the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the location was excellent, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. Lastly, we appreciated the complimentary wine and spirits available in the room - a nice touch.
They seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our needs. It would have been nice to have more attentive and friendly staff to enhance our stay.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the centre of town, the many restaurants, and the center of Franschhoek. A cool bonus was Sacred Ground, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The rooms were huge and brand-new. The food was brilliant - plenty of options😀

The individual pool was mind-blowing, providing a refreshing oasis during our stay. The free bar was a super perk, allowing us to enjoy a drink at any time. The cleanliness of the hotel was jaw-dropping, and the spacious and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, providing EXCELLENT room service and luggage porters. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the provided products were a nice touch. the Last Word Franschhoek offered amazing amenities, service, and a perfect location for an incredible holiday experience.

had another incredible stay in franschhoek this past weekend. last word exceeded expectations with their personalized service and beautiful room with a private garden. the surprise dessert and amazing bath products were the cherry on top. definitely recommend for a cozy and comfortable getaway.
